Boutique Winery Receptions
Option 1 – A Private Cellar Winery Dinner
4-5 hour Experience, limited to 64 people
Savor the spectacular view of sun-drenched vineyards and the western hills of Napa at a peaceful local boutique winery, located only minutes away from White House Inn & Spa!
Guest Arrival & Start Time at Winery: 5:30 – 6:00pm or start time to be determined
Event End Time at Winery: No later than 10:00pm
Winery provides
· Private use of vineyard site, including grounds and wine cellar
· ¾ bottle of wine for each guest (about 2-3 glasses), glassware, tables and chairs
· Great option for dancing after your dinner
Caterer provides
· Table linens
· Silverware, China, other items for table such as salt & pepper shakers
· Catering and beverage staff & service
Option 2 – “Celebration among the Vines”
3 hour Experience; limited to 16 people
An exclusive tour of a boutique winery and vineyard, and a tasting of five Portfolio wines for you and your guests. Afterwards, host your party at a secluded table in a vineyard with wine. ½ bottle of wine per guest included. Per guest fee waived with purchase of 3 bottles of wine per guest after your celebration. Arrangements for a catered lunch can be made for your convenience.
Option 3 - Sunset Celebrations
Experience is 6:00pm - 9:00pm; limited to 40 people
An evening private tour and tasting experience; watch the sun sink over the western hills of Napa Valley and the day magically transform into dusk and then into evening. The winery can even candlelight the vineyards to create an experience you will never forget (per request only). ¾ bottle of wine per guest and cheese platters included. Per guest fee waived with purchase of 6 bottles of wine per guest after the celebration.
Option 4 - Sodaro Estate Winery Cave Receptions; limited to 20 people
We have a one-of-a-kind experience at the Sodaro Estate Winery for you and your guests. We’ll arrange a special tour and tasting for your group, available by appointment only. You and your guests will receive a private tour of the estate and finish with an intimate tasting in our cave. The cave tasting Includes a cheese and charcuterie platter paired specifically with our wines, ¾ bottle of wine for each guest (about 2-3 glasses) and private use of vineyard site, including grounds and wine cave. Per guest Fee is waived with purchase of 6 bottles of wine per guest after your celebration. Arrangements for a catered lunch can be made for your convenience.
